Robert C. Patton is an experienced attorney with more than forty two years of practice in personal injury, criminal defense and bankruptcy.  He is admitted to the Kentucky Bar, the Eastern District of Kentucky, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Patton graduated from the University of Kentucky law school in 1968.  He clerked for the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeals, now Supreme Court of Kentucky and was appointed Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Campbell County in 1969.  He has prosecuted many important and serious criminal cases during the seven years he served as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney.  He also served as Assistant County Attorney prosecuting juvenile cases for a year.  Mr. Patton served as a part-time Public Defender for nineteen years defending citizens charged with crimes and trying many important and notable cases including murder, armed robbery and other serious cases.  Mr. Patton also handled many personal injury cases for more than forty years resulting in many large verdicts and settlements.  Mr. Patton began practicing bankruptcy law in 1969 and remains an active member in the bankruptcy bar including the Northern Kentucky Bankruptcy Committee.  Mr. Patton belongs to the Kentucky Justice Association.  An organization that promotes fair treatment for people injured by the negligence of others and works to achieve justice and fair compensation for citizens who have been injured by the negligence of others.
